Imax online booking - problem with showing credit card at the desk?

I booked some tickets online about a week ago and it said in the
comfirmation email that to collect the tickets I need to show the
credit card I used at the desk. Problem is the tickets are for my
daughter and some friends and none of them are old enough to actually
use a credit card, but will they still accept it and give them the
tickets if they have the card? I'm not able to go with them. Help?
