does this sound like a rip off to you?

a 6 week phlebotomy training class for 750.00 dollars, including
everything except the certtification exam. The classes are 2 days a
week for 4 hours.

They say I can take the certification exam thru the computer, its that
true?

Does this sound ok to you?
oh and the 750.00 could be a payment plan while taking the classes.
asking for 100.00 per week.
